McCann Advisory & Consulting (MA&C), ABN 49 202 460 236, respects the privacy of everyone who contacts us or works with us. This policy explains what personal information MA&C collects, why, and how it is handled. MA&C follows the Australian Privacy Principles as a matter of good practice.
What MA&C collects
When you send an enquiry through this website, MA&C collects the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number (if you give one), the area you are enquiring about and your message.
If you become a client, MA&C may also collect information needed to deliver the work, such as your role, organisation, and information you share during coaching, advisory or programme sessions.
The website does not use analytics or advertising tools and does not set marketing cookies. Like any website, the hosting provider records standard technical information, such as IP addresses and browser type, to keep the site secure and working.
How MA&C uses your information
MA&C uses your information to:
- respond to your enquiry
- arrange and deliver coaching, advisory, leadership development and programme services
- send information you have asked for
- administer invoices and keep business records
MA&C does not sell, rent or trade personal information, and does not add you to a mailing list without your permission.
Confidentiality in coaching and advisory work
What you share in coaching and advisory engagements is treated as confidential. It is not disclosed to anyone else, including an employer or sponsor, unless you agree, or the law requires it. Any reporting arrangements with a sponsoring organisation are agreed with you at the start of an engagement.
The Living Leader's Personal Leadership Programme
If you enrol in The Living Leader's Personal Leadership Programme, MA&C may share your name and contact details with The Living Leader, the programme's owner, for programme administration and to issue CPD certificates.
Service providers and overseas storage
MA&C uses trusted service providers to run its business, including website hosting and form handling (Netlify) and email and document storage. Some of these providers store information on servers outside Australia, including in the United States. MA&C chooses providers that apply appropriate security measures.
Keeping your information secure
MA&C takes reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Information is kept only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, or as the law requires, and is then securely deleted.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask to see the personal information MA&C holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by contacting MA&C using the details below. MA&C will respond within 30 days.
