Founder
Jacquie McCann
Jacquie McCann founded MA&C after over 20 years’ C-suite leadership experience across finance, operations, governance and organisational development.
Her experience includes executive responsibility as a Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary. Her career spans education, financial services, technology and media, including experience with organisations such as IBM, NAB, Macquarie and Santander.
Today, Jacquie works across advisory, executive coaching and leadership development. She remains actively involved in governance as a Non-Executive Director, Chair of an Audit, Finance & Risk Committee and Director of ICF Australasia.
Jacquie is also an Associate Trainer for The Living Leader, delivering The Living Leader's Personal Leadership Programme to leaders and organisations across Australia.
Jacquie's experience gives the practice its foundation. The MA&C model is designed to extend beyond one individual, bringing the right expertise around clients while retaining the judgement, care and accountability of a founder-led practice.
