Our Story

Jacquie is the founder of McCann Advisory & Consulting and an executive coach and strategic advisor with C suite experience as a Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. She works with C-suite and senior leaders navigating growth, complexity, transition and change, bringing a practical, commercially grounded and deeply human approach to coaching and advisory work.

Her work spans executive transition coaching, leadership development, strategy, financial planning, governance and risk. She is known for helping leaders settle into new roles well, think clearly under pressure and make meaningful progress on what matters most.

MA&C brings strong credibility in the education sector, including experience supporting independent schools with strategic planning, governance, financial modelling and regulatory readiness. MA&C has been approved by NESA for financial viability for new independent school registrations, further strengthening its credibility in this space.

MA&C also brings a thoughtful and practical approach to AI, helping leaders and organisations build confidence, judgement and capability as AI begins to shape decisions, roles and ways of working.
